From Friday 24th July all retail shops in England require customers to wear face masks. This ruling applies to the Pro Shop here at Abbeydale, so if you do want to pop into the shop please make sure you have a face mask.

Alternatively you can head to the window by the first tee and we will be more than happy to help you.

Tiger returns!

Tiger Woods made his return to golf at The Memorial Tournament, playing at a Jack Nicklaus-designed course alongside Rory McIlroy and Brooks Koepka. That’s pretty cool!

Muirfield Village, better known as Jack’s Place, proved to be a brutal beast. 3-over was enough to make the cut and even-par enough for a share of 10th, with even the world’s best notching double and triple bogeys.

Jon Rahm became just the second Spaniard in history, behind Seve Ballesteros, to become World No.1 after a convincing victory in Ohio. Despite going +5 on Sunday’s back-nine, Rahm cruised to a three-stroke win.

Rahm’s final score of -9 will not jump off the page of PGA Tour winners, but numbers could never tell the story of just how much Jack’s Place demanded.
